Default Great games that you hate.

I thought this thread was necessary with the Crappy games that you love thread.

I'd say the metroid series, brilliant games that I just don't enjoy. Any sports game. I can't stand sports games....though the animation and accuracy is top-notch. Also, The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. Blah. I must have started to play it too late, because a year or two ago, I would've been obsessed.

Never played Half-Life (any of 'em) so I can't really say anything 'bout that but I despise Morrowind! Talk about a boring, drawn out game! Sorry to all those Morrowind lovers but I think its about as fun as staring at a terd! Not that I do that alot... only when I walk my dog and carefully walk through the terd field!

Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2. Especially X-2, that game was so annoying.

Many of the recent FF games just did nothing for me, I couldn't get into them...Maybe Headmaster Cid looking like Robin Williams (in VIII) threw me off.

Well, I'm not a big FF fan, but I HATED X and X-2. The games were good, but the sheer annoyance of the characters(Tidus in X and the main 3 girls in X-2) made them unbearable to play.

All FF-games but 7 and 8 (I love them >_<), World of Warcraft (xD), Half-Life/Counterstrike...may be a good game but I don't get why everyones playing it!!! For RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOs sake I mean if you wanna play a good FPS play Medal of Honor, Call of Duty or even Americas Army!

Knights of The Old Republic (the first one, at least. I haven't played KoTOR 2). I don't know why I just can't get into that game. It's obviously an amazing RPG, the story's supposed to be really good and the combat is very similar to Neverwinter Nights, which is a good thing in my book. For some reason, though, it just doesn't click for me.

- Final Fantasy [-infinity:+infinity]: Even Diablo is more of an RPG than this!
- Diablo 1, Diablo 2: Even Morrowind is more fun than this!
- Morrowind: Most of the inconvinients of an MMO with none of the advantages.
- Half Life 2: I don't exactly hate it but... It's a good game but not as great as everyone claim it is. Same for HL1.
- Need For Speed Underground: The best NFS is Porshe Unleashed. Underground is a big joke: a ricer (not a typo) for kids who were banned on Counter-Strike servers.
- Halo/Halo: Combat Evolved: Generic FPS. Nothing to see here.

I really tried to get into Morrowind. A friend of mine said it was the greatest game ever!! (there a phase that is not overused) It looked great on My PC But most of the quest were Fed Ex quests. I mean take this book to so-and-so. Thake this potion to Bob and so on. When you do fight it just seamed to me like on button fighting stab stab repeat... I am sure it is fun to some people and this is not a flame but it was'n right for me. It did get a good price for me on eBay though

/agree, Halo is a painful bore.
Hate all FF titles from 7 on up
Battlefield 1942
Half Life 2 nice graphics but too much hype
Everquest tops my list of bottoms, turned to crap after Luclin expansion.

I got morrowing for free (it came with my computer) and I still couldn't get into it. It came out years ago though, so I don't blame it's lameness. It was definitely the most 'free' game I've seen, as you can do anything you want, whenever you want. I really hope Oblivion (which I've already preordered for its realese on may fourth) is much better. So far so good...

Dude,I thought this thread was for "great" games. FFX and beyond are not "great" games. o:
And DatD - how can you like NFS: Porche unleased? That was, imho, the most boring game in the series. Heh.

If by great you mean popular, then...
Counter-Shite takes the price.
Then we have some more that are really crappy or just not very good...
Day of Defeat, Morrowind, Baldur's Gate, Battlefield 1942, Half-Life 2, Doom 3, EverQuest 2, World of Warcrap, and more!
